this is the full version, at least the 1.0G version
Anti-union sales pitch by executives, at least for Foremen, demeaning the collective vs the individual.

Subject: What IS bothering Jim?
Jim Baxter has it all, a comfy job and a lovely family. Soom, he gets promoted to Foreman, and then all hell breaks loose as he believes everyone at his job is conspiring against him because of his new position. He takes it personally and that not only reflects his job, but also his family life as well. Jim overhears the possible creation of a Foreman's union and thinks that this is his problem solver, especially when he's transferred to the slow moving section of the plant with the old women working there!
This film's story was alright. But there was uh, hardly any reason for the film's director to start getting Noirish on us with the extreme closeups LOL An Amelie moment there!
